Chris Huels brings over 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods sector, including 14 years at Constellation Brands. He spent seven years building and leading the Ventures and Emerging Brands teams, guiding brand positioning, marketing, route-to-market strategy, organizational design, and financial planning. Chris has overseen dozens of successful brand launches and the expansion of Constellation’s Emerging Brands division, while also supporting small- to mid-size portfolio companies as a board advisor. In addition, he teaches marketing and brand strategy as an adjunct professor at the Simon Business School, University of Rochester.

Chris Badenhoop brings over a decade of experience in strategy and advisory roles, starting as an M&A consultant at PwC and later in the consumer packaged goods sector with Constellation Brands. At Constellation, he led investment strategy for the company’s venture fund, overseeing the evaluation, funding, and scaling of early-stage growt
Chris Badenhoop brings over a decade of experience in strategy and advisory roles, starting as an M&A consultant at PwC and later in the consumer packaged goods sector with Constellation Brands. At Constellation, he led investment strategy for the company’s venture fund, overseeing the evaluation, funding, and scaling of early-stage growth brands. He also spearheaded route-to-market strategies for the wine & spirits division, including guiding RFP processes and negotiating national distributor contracts. Chris has advised dozens of startup founders across beverage categories on capital raising, organizational design, financial planning, commercial execution, and supply chain strategy. He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in Illinois (inactive).
